Ordering/Privacy Policy
All orders that are placed on-line are placed via our secure server. All information you submit is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold.

Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your basket plus any shipping and handling fees and sales tax (if applicable). 

Same Day Shipping
Any order placed before 1:00 pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time. No delivery date is guaranteed unless Next Day or 2nd Day shipment method is chosen. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping. If you require a rush order, please call us at 401-232-1190 to discuss special arrangements.

Shipping Rates
Wishes Under Wrap offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $50.00 for standard Ground delivery. Our shipping methods include Ground delivery for most shipping within the United States and Canada. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd/3rd business day or overnight.  You can indicate your preference at checkout.  The appropriate shipping charges will be added to any orders in which the free ground shipping is not selected.
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address.

We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses.

Canadian Delivery - 7-10 Business Days

Hand Delivery
Hand Delivery is available in Rhode Island, and nearby surrounding areas of Massachusetts and Connecticut.  Any order placed before 1:00 pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) is usually delivered the next business day.  Seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may delay delivery. If you require a rush order, for local deliveries please call us at 401-232-1190 to discuss special arrangements.

Refunds / Returns / Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the basket (less any shipping fees), at your request.
Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be reshipped at extra shipping fees.  Packages that are forwarded via ups due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $15.00 address correction fee per address.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us 401-232-1190.  Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.  If you are still not comfortable sending your credit card number over the Internet, call 401-232-1190 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Please contact us for payments via personal checks or money orders. Corporate accounts make contact us to set up terms.

Substitutions
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Rhode Island (7.0%).
